Prof. Emmanuel M. Abolo

Prof. Emmanuel More Abolo Ph.D [Econs], HCIB, CCO, FCRMIN,FIGRCP,FPSSN,FIMMN,FICA.
Prof. Emmanuel Moore Abolo is a distinguished risk management professional, economist, corporate leader and global speaker, widely recognized for his expertise in risk management, governance, compliance, economics and financial services.
He is the GMD/CEO of The Risk Management Academy Limited, Director General of The Economic Thinktank Centre Limited, President of the Professional Speakers Society of Nigeria, and President of the Institute for Governance, Risk Management & Compliance Professionals. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria.
Prof. Abolo has held senior leadership positions across the financial services sector, including Chief Economist at First Bank of Nigeria Plc and Access Bank Plc, as well as Acting Executive Director, Chief Risk & Compliance Officer and Regional Head, South-South at the Nigerian Export-Import Bank (NEXIM Bank).
He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of companies and contributes to international academic and professional initiatives, including editorial and peer-review roles in governance, economics, finance and financial markets.
Recognized internationally for his contributions to the risk management profession, Prof. Abolo is a sought-after global speaker and thought leader, regularly participating in conferences, seminars and professional workshops. His work reflects a strong commitment to advancing sound risk management practices and strengthening organizational resilience across Africa and beyond.
Mr. Apollos Ikpobe

Mr. Apollos Ikpobe is a seasoned banking and financial services executive with over three decades of experience spanning banking, finance, accounting, taxation, credit administration, audit and corporate governance. He served as Executive Director of Zenith Bank Plc and subsequently as Deputy Managing Director of United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc, where he provided senior leadership across the banking business.
During his career, Mr. Ikpobe also served on the boards of several financial services companies, including Zenith Bank Sierra Leone, Zenith Pension Custodians, Zenith Registrars, Zenith General Insurance and Zenith Securities. He is currently Chairman of Just Food Nigeria Limited and has served as a Non-Executive Director of NSIA Insurance Limited and formerly of NGX Group Plc.
He holds a Master’s degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Lagos and an HND in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Institute of Credit Administration and Chartered Institute of Taxation, with additional professional affiliations in banking, securities and corporate governance.
Mr. Ikpobe brings to the Board extensive expertise in financial services, strategic leadership, corporate governance, risk oversight and organizational transformation.
Dr. Takis E. Caiafas

Dr. Takis Etim Caiafas is an accomplished banking and finance professional with extensive experience spanning banking, risk management, compliance, audit, corporate governance and public-sector finance. He served as Commissioner of Finance, Cross River State, and held senior leadership positions at First Bank of Nigeria Plc, including Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Manager.
During his banking career, Dr. Caiafas played a significant role in strengthening First Bank’s compliance framework, including the establishment of its Compliance Department and the development of systems supporting regulatory and anti-money-laundering compliance. His professional career also included senior responsibilities in credit, audit, inspection and business development.
He brings to the RMA Board extensive experience in financial services, regulatory compliance, risk oversight, public-sector finance and institutional governance, together with a strong commitment to professional excellence and responsible leadership.
Dr. Uju Ogubunka

Dr. Uju M. Ogubunka is an accomplished banking and financial services professional who served as Registrar/Chief Executive of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) from 2005 to 2014. During his tenure, he contributed to the advancement of professional banking education, standards and capacity development in Nigeria.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB), Dr. Ogubunka has been actively involved in initiatives promoting professional excellence, including risk management and certification programmes.
He brings to the RMA Board extensive experience in banking, professional education, financial services, institutional leadership and capacity development, with a strong commitment to advancing professional standards and best practices within the financial and risk management sectors.
Prof. Ben Emukufia A. Oghojafor

Prof. Ben Emukufia Oghojafor Ph.D [Business Administration]
Prof. Ben Emukufia Akpoyomare Oghojafor is a distinguished academic, strategic management expert and institutional leader with extensive experience in strategic management, corporate governance, organizational development and higher education administration.
A Professor of Business Administration, he served as Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Management Services) at the University of Lagos, following earlier leadership roles as Head of Department and Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration. He has authored several books and more than 70 peer-reviewed journal articles and has supervised numerous doctoral researchers.
In 2021, Prof. Oghojafor was appointed the Pioneer Vice-Chancellor of Dennis Osadebay University, Asaba, where he provided strategic leadership during the institution’s formative years, overseeing significant developments in academic programmes, infrastructure, institutional capacity and university administration.
He brings to the RMA Board extensive expertise in strategic leadership, governance, organizational development, institutional management and academic excellence, complemented by a strong commitment to developing people and strengthening institutions.
Dr. Mohammed K. Santuraki

Dr. Mohammed Santuraki is an accomplished corporate and public-sector leader with extensive experience spanning agricultural finance, investment and commercial banking, mortgage banking, financial services and business development.
He has held senior executive positions at leading institutions including First Bank of Nigeria, Guaranty Trust Bank and the British Council in Nigeria. He previously served as Managing Director/CEO of FBN Mortgages Limited and Managing Director/CEO of the Bank of Agriculture Limited, Kaduna, where he provided strategic leadership in advancing agricultural and development finance.
Dr. Santuraki is also the founder of Majigi Agro Limited and Impetro Consulting, co-founder and Chairman of FIC Exchange, and a Non-Executive Director of Chams Plc. His career reflects a strong blend of financial-sector expertise, entrepreneurship, institutional leadership and public-sector development.
He is a graduate of the University of Ibadan and Ahmadu Bello University and has undertaken executive education and leadership programmes at leading global institutions, including Harvard Business School, Harvard Kennedy School, MIT Sloan, Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, Stanford Graduate School of Business, Wharton School, Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, IMD Lausanne and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.

Mr. Lawrence Ho

Mr. Lawrence HoMBA
Lawrence Ho is a respected risk management consultant, practitioner and professional educator based in Singapore, with specialized expertise in enterprise risk management, operational risk, treasury risk and risk management in the digital environment.
With extensive experience in the application of risk management principles within complex business environments, he has developed a strong reputation for translating risk frameworks and concepts into practical approaches that support better decision-making, resilience and organizational performance.
Lawrence is a B.Sc. and M.Sc. holder in Risk Management and has served as a professional trainer and facilitator on a range of risk-management subjects. His engagements include programmes delivered through the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), where he has facilitated learning on operational risk management, treasury risk management and related areas.
He brings to the RMA Board valuable international perspective and practical expertise in enterprise risk, operational risk, risk governance and professional risk education, supporting the Academy’s commitment to advancing globally relevant risk management practices across developed and emerging markets.
Prof. Mohammadou M. O. Kah

Prof. Mohammadou M. O. Kah Ph.D
Prof. Mohammadou M. O. Kah is a distinguished academic, institutional leader and international development professional with extensive experience spanning higher education, technology, digital transformation, international relations and institutional leadership.
He served as Vice-Chancellor of the University of The Gambia, providing strategic leadership to the country’s principal public university and contributing to the advancement of higher education, research and academic development in The Gambia. He also delivered the 2013 West African Examinations Council Endowment Fund Lecture on the role of digital technologies in strengthening teaching, learning and examination systems in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Beyond academia, Prof. Kah has held significant international responsibilities, including serving as Permanent Representative of The Gambia to the United Nations Office in Geneva and representing the country in international forums addressing development, trade, human rights and global policy.
His career reflects a strong intersection of academic leadership, technology, public policy, international development and institutional transformation. He brings to the RMA Board a valuable global perspective and extensive experience in strategic leadership, knowledge development and navigating complex institutional and international environments.
Mr. Daniel C. Isimoya

Mr. Daniel C. Isimoya BSc, MSc [Business Administration]
Mr. Daniel Chiegile Isimoya is an accomplished educationist, entrepreneur and institutional leader with extensive experience spanning education, finance, management development and institutional administration.
He is the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of Wellspring University, Benin City, and the founder of the Management Science Centre, an educational and professional development institution established in 1983. His career in education includes teaching at Edo College and Lagos Polytechnic, as well as service on the academic staff of the University of Lagos.
With academic qualifications in Economics and Finance, Mr. Isimoya has dedicated much of his professional career to developing educational institutions and creating opportunities for professional and academic advancement. His entrepreneurial vision through Management Science Centre ultimately contributed to the establishment and development of Wellspring University’s educational ecosystem.
As Pro-Chancellor, he has provided strategic and institutional leadership in positioning Wellspring University as a centre of excellence in management sciences, information technology, environmental sciences and other critical areas of study.
He brings to the RMA Board valuable expertise in institutional leadership, education, finance, management development, entrepreneurship and strategic governance, together with a strong commitment to building institutions and developing people for sustainable impact.
Mrs. Endy Moore

Endy Moore is an accomplished educationist and organizational leader with over two decades of professional experience spanning education, leadership and institutional development. She also serves on the Boards of two other organizations and is a Fellow of two professional bodies in Nigeria.
She brings to the Risk Management Academy a strong combination of strategic leadership, organizational coordination and people-development expertise, with a particular strength in translating vision into effective operational execution.
At RMA, Endy contributes her inspiring and transformational leadership to the coordination of the Academy’s operations, supporting its commitment to professional excellence, effective service delivery and sustainable organizational growth.
Mr. Kalu K. Agwu

Mr. Kalu K. Agwu BSc, MBA, ACIB
Kalu K. Agwu is an accomplished management consultant, executive coach and leadership facilitator with over 27 years of banking experience, including 17 years in senior management roles across banking operations, risk management, compliance, sales, strategy and organizational development.
He has held senior positions with leading financial institutions including Citibank Nigeria and Access Bank Plc, building extensive practical expertise in banking and financial services. He holds a B.Sc. from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from the University of Lagos, complemented by executive leadership programmes at Harvard Business School and IMD Switzerland. He is also a Chartered Senior Professional Banker certified by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
As Senior Partner at Goldpond Ltd and a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer and Facilitator, Kalu works with organizations and senior executives to strengthen strategy, enterprise risk management, leadership, productivity and execution.
He brings to the RMA Board a valuable combination of practical financial-sector experience, strategic thinking, risk expertise and leadership development, with a strong focus on helping organizations translate strategy into sustainable performance and growth.
